WHO we are: Employee Plan Compliance Company is a consulting and third party administration firm engaged in the management and administration of retirement plans.  We have been serving clients for over 37 years in our Baton Rouge office location. We are in the business of professional employee benefits consulting, recordkeeping, and administration of retirement plans. Our greatest strength is our flexibility and broad knowledge base. We have successfully guided our clients over the years through the ever changing landscape of retirement plan compliance and administration, providing the necessary support to navigate these changes.

WHAT we do: We specialize in retirement plan consulting, plan design, the implementation of new retirement plans and the maintenance of existing retirement plans. We actively assist our clients in finding solutions to achieve their retirement goals. Employee Plan Compliance provides plan design, third party administration and compliance services for defined contribution plans (401(k), profit Sharing and money purchase plans), defined benefit plans, 457 and 403(b) plans and cash balance plans with a variety of funding formulas, including cross-testing, integration with social security and age-weighted.   We are also able to work with our client’s actuary on the administration of defined benefit plans and cash balance plans or if an actuary is needed, Aegis Pension Services, whom we partner with, will provide actuarial services.

Our clients: We provide third party retirement plan administration and consulting for a variety of businesses and professionals. Our goal is to aid employers in decision-making and understanding complex, and often confusing, laws and regulations governing retirement plans. Our clients include attorneys, medical professionals, manufacturing companies, investment professionals, banks, schools, construction companies, and engineering firms, just to name a few.  The plans we service range in size from single participant plans to plans with 1000+ participants.
